Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Review the claim: Verify that all required information is provided.
2. Investigate the content: Review the allegedly infringing material.
3. Take action: Remove or disable access to the infringing material if the claim is valid.
4. Notify the user: Inform the user who uploaded the content about the takedown.
5. Document the action: Keep records of all DMCA notices and actions taken.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

HDFlix Converter maintains a policy for terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright rights.

Important Notes

• We do not store files permanently – all content is automatically deleted within 24 hours
• We do not index or archive content for public access
• File conversion is a transformative use that does not involve distribution of copyrighted material
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to convert and use files
